What kind of coverage do I need? Which riders are best for my family? I have this insurer for health insurance – are they good for disability too? So many choices and questions!
Let me help you evaluate your options and protect what’s most important.
I am a New York State licensed Life, Accident, and Health Insurance agent and Life Settlement broker, serving as Wealth Preservation Specialist at Meridian Risk Management. Because I am not affiliated with one specific insurance company, I have the freedom to shop around and build the best policies for my clients based on their needs. I am not obligated to sell you a product from my company, because I don’t have a company; instead, I will find you the best coverage to meet your specific needs, because you – my client – are my sole priority. And working with me comes at no cost to you. In fact, I am not interested in selling you anything – I am going to help empower you to buy the best.
Prior to coming to Meridian, I was the Senior Paralegal of Riemer & Associates, a boutique law firm in midtown Manhattan solely handling private disability matters for professionals and executives. I managed the applications and contributed to appeals and litigations of denials of their disability claims, learning volumes about insurance from the client’s perspective. I have expert knowledge of insurance companies, policies and riders, as well as the claims process. I use this information to craft the best life, disability, and long-term care policies to make sure my clients, their families, their businesses, and their lifestyles are protected. My passion is to ensure that Meridian clients are living their best case scenario even when they are facing a worst case scenario.
If you are looking for insurance, please reach out. Let’s schedule a phone consultation to discuss your needs and get the process started. Or, book a time for us to review your current insurance program and see if you need more, less, or different coverage. Our meetings can take place in your home or office, or at Meridian Risk Management at One Wolfs Lane in Pelham, New York. I meet with my clients at their convenience – odd hours are okay! – and will be happy to work around even the most challenging of schedules.
One we’ve begun the process, you can use my online scheduler to calendar time for us to prepare your application for life insurance, disability insurance, or long-term care insurance. (You can also, of course, always email or call me directly! Different people like to do business in different ways, so I like to make sure there is space for everyone.) We will make sure your application is complete and correct to avoid any issues in the underwriting process. Before your application is submitted, you will have all of your questions and concerns answered. At every stage of this process, your comfort is of the utmost importance. Once you’re a Meridian client, we’ll remain by your side, keeping you abreast of any relevant news, checking in annually to make sure your coverage is still appropriate, and being there when you need us most.
